Techne Analytics LLC (“Techne,” “we,” “our”) operates techneanalytics.io. This policy describes what we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim for plain English over legal throat-clearing. If something here isn’t clear, email info@techneanalytics.io and we’ll answer.

What We Collect

Automatic site analytics

Every page loads Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: first-party, cookieless analytics provided by our hosting platform. These tools record aggregate page views, referrers, and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). They do not use cookies, do not persist identifiers across visits, and do not track you across other sites. The data is visible only to Techne and is used to improve site performance and content.

Contact form submissions

If you fill out the form on the AI Readiness Assessment page, we receive the fields you provide (name, work email, optional company and phone, area of interest, and your message). Submissions are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, to info@techneanalytics.io. Formspree retains submission records per their privacy policy for operational purposes.

Booking a call

Our discovery-call scheduler links to Google Appointment Schedule. When you click “Schedule a Discovery Call” or “Book a Call,” you’re taken to Google’s scheduling page; any data you provide there is handled under Google’s privacy policy.

What We Don’t Collect

  • No tracking cookies, browser fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers.
  • No third-party ad networks, remarketing pixels, or data brokers.
  • No visitor-ID or firmographic-enrichment services (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.).
  • No session recording or heatmap tools.

Third-Party Processors

A few services handle data on our behalf:

  • Vercel. Hosting, static content delivery, and cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights). Policy.
  • Formspree. Form handling and email delivery for contact form submissions. Policy.
  • Google. Appointment Schedule for booking discovery calls. Policy.

How Long We Keep It

  • Analytics data: Aggregate, cookieless, and retained per Vercel’s default retention (typically 30 days of detailed events, longer for aggregated trends).
  • Contact form submissions: Stored in our email (info@techneanalytics.io) until a client relationship concludes, then deleted on request. Resend retains delivery metadata per their policy.
  • Email correspondence: Retained for the duration of active discussions and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Deleted on request.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you.
  • Correct information that’s wrong.
  • Delete your data (unless we’re legally required to retain it, e.g. for tax records).
  • Stop contacting you.

Email info@techneanalytics.io with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We’ll respond within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

The site is aimed at business buyers and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We’ll update the “Last updated” date above if anything here changes. If we change what we collect or how we use it in a way that materially affects visitors, we’ll note the change prominently.
